LinuxDevices.com today launches its sixth-annual Embedded Linux Market Survey, and invites all readers to participate. The brief survey — just 22 questions — probes developer preferences and industry trends. Over the last six years, it has become an important resource for industry analysts and decision makers.

According to the site's founder and executive editor, Rick Lehrbaum, the survey provides LinuxDevices.com's community of more than 300,000 highly technical readers with an opportunity to help shape the industry in which they work. Lehrbaum stated, “We've now been tracking the market for six years, and our annual survey provides an excellent way to identify key market trends. The results are frequently quoted by analysts, embedded Linux vendors, device-makers using Linux, and venture capital firms.”
